I just know this information and now I'm more confused... I got total 67 points before this change and after this change applied (As of May 19) I only got total 65 points (cuz now 4 yrs work exp decreases from 15 pts to 13 pts)... My application reached on 3rd Mar so I wanna ask this change...

So, between your application number and his application number is 400 apart? does it mean that if one receive their AOR it doesn't mean that you are guaranteed to receive PR right? PS. Sorry but I think that March applicants like me should try again next year..

I think there is really no hope for early March applicants like me. I will just try again next year while studying English again in order to upgrade my IELTS scores...
