sent 21 Mar 14 process started 01 May 14. received line gone today on 24 July 14 called CIC on 21 July. she told, background check still ongoing. File was still in Sydney then. and no one on earth knows what does it really means when the receiving line gets vanished.

Does CIC update application status on E Cas weakly, each Tuesday mostly ?

My timeline is as under. We applied from Scarborough. We received your application on 21 Mar 14. We sent you Booklet on 21 Mar 14 We started Processing on 01 May 14. Received line still there. My 08 years old Kid also applied with me. I did not check his status on ECAS until a week back...
