My consultant (Abhinav) again confirmed now that birth certificate is 100% mandatory. I have no choice but to go with his advice (having paid for that) and the fact that I have not sent my application yet.

Regarding Birth Certificates, what if I can't get one? Is the following sufficient? 1) An affidavit - (Does this have to be notarized?) 2) 10th,12th, TC from college and Conduct certificates (copies and they all have my birthdate - They are in English)

Thanks.. What are the alternatives for Birth Certificates (if not available in municipality)? For the ECA, is it Mandatory to send both Bachelors and Masters degree transcripts or only later one (Masters)?

I am new to this Forum and trying to arrange my documents for FSW 2014. Wanted to know if this is too late.. I may not be ready with all papers until end of August.. and intend to apply in 2173 NOC. What happens if CAP is reached before my app is processed? Will it be considered for next year?
