Louise, Applying for an LMO insted of AEO was our first choice, but since applying for an LMO takes a lot of steps from the employer like advertising on the newspaper, prove that he didn't find a candidate locally, i think AEO is better in my case!

my prospective employer will fill the form and apply to Service Canada and will attach along with the form a list of qualifications that i do have that the Canadian job market is short in it. hopefully everything will go ok!
