Hi Friends, My application for NOC 2173 was received by CIC on 21 August 2014. Now the CIC count shows the cap has already been filled but not heard anything from CIC till date. Any idea if my application got accepted for the cap or rejected? Your help will be highly appreciable. Thnks. bsharma.
