Hello, Would it be possible to take the virtual oath taking ceremony outside Canada? If not can I use the Canadian embassy of that country to do virtual oath?

I think it could have been worse. What is the worst case you have seen? Also usually how long would it take for me go get a the date of exam from this point on?
