Please answer my question above. I am not sure if me not filling out this Eligibility Verification application will slow down my online application process or this is voluntarily and I can just ignore it.

I already submitted online application but have an open Eligibility Verification application that I am not sure whether I have to fill out or delete. It requires Client ID though but I don't know how to get it

I received 3 emails "Your application has been updated. Please sign in to your MyCIC account and check your application status and messages for more information". But when I log in there are no news since 8 days ago when the application was submitted. Is it because I have to finish or delete...
