i applied by last aug -13 and received first letter by nov-13 . then after didnot receive anything from hong kong office? appreiciate if someone has exp. for what is typical process time for quebec to get CSQ? Also what is typical time after CSQ for PR?

i received initial letter from hong kong office by nov-2013 and then after didnt hear anything for CSQ. need to get info about how long would take to issue CSQ ? also would like to know about further process after CSQ? is it compulsory to stay in quebec?
