Re: Need CSQ in Hand when Landing in Montreal? I have been issued a CSQ and have my copy at home: it also shows that I have one on my CoPR: I just didn't pack it with me on my vacation: it's at home in Montreal. Suppose I will just flagpole upon my return then.

Unfortunately, having it sent isn't an option. We figured since landing is a federal process, we wouldn't need it. Probably an oversight on our part. We could always just flagpole later since my wife is visa exempt (and has visitor permit extension valid until July 2015 in any case).

We have not had any contact from Vienna--just the message on ecas.

No, we sent all required documents including Police Report etc. with the app. PPR means Passport Request.

OH MAN! "Decision Made"!!!!!!! We are shocked!!!!!! Is this always positive news or can it be a negative decision? Meds done upfront, RPPF paid upfront. Timeline: App sent: June 15 2014 SA: August 12 2014 DM: Dec. 05 2014 German Citizen, Visa Exempt. Thanks!

That's awesome! Congrats! My wife, also German, and also in Montreal on IEC open work permit, had her file transferred on August 12....so hopefully we are not too far behind!!!!

May I ask of what country the applicant is a citizen? Thanks!
