Thanks for replying, We had a Pre-Test RQ, I provided most of the documents she asked. Actually I was out of country and I told them that I can provide what ever is required on my return. I offered to show her the medical and school record at the time of test, but she said there is no need.

The test was on March 14th and in the hearing section it says Type: Schedule Haring and Status: Not Required. What does it mean? Thanks
