    Hi, If a student on study permit is pregnant and gives birth, can she take a maternity leave? I know that the study permit requires being enrolled in full time studies, so does a maternity leave require a different visa?

    Inland spouse sponsorship - FBI clearance

    Does anyone know what is the current waiting time for FBI clearance when ordered from inside Canada? Is it common to send an application without the certificate in hand, and send the certificate later, after the first step (review of sponsor and applicant) is completed? Thank you!
