Application Received at CIC May 6th - CC Charge Attempt June 4, 2014. Return Package Sent - June 13 - Return Package Received August 31, 2014.

Applied in May and CC declined in June. Recieved Application package back in August.

I have done that. But i have heard somewhere that they try 3 times to charge and June 9th was the 3rd try.

All i can do now is hope against the odds. I will try to check with my local post office as well. The last attempt to charge was made on June 9th. So its almost 20 days now.

I believe they send it by regular mail? If so, how much time does it take to get the package back in Pakistan? Any one knows? And say if i do receive the package in a week's time and reapply, what are the chances it will come under CAP for NOC 2173?

Because i got confused by reading the Step 3 on guide for immigration package which said that there are two payments. I thought that they need authorization right now but will charge it at a later stage. Can i send them a new Fee Processing form or may be a DD?
