No update after medicals submitted in August. Is anyone in the same situation ?

I'm in the worst situation of all. My medical request was on August 17th, sent my medical on September 3rd, Ecas updated on October 4th, and no news so far. It's been almost 4 months.

No response since medical in August...

Well...the problem is that the "Due Date" of my Eligibility is August 15th, 2012 which is 1 year after the medical request (August 17th, 2011). I really hope they review it before it's close to August 15th, 2012. RPRF paid, and all the other categories are "passed"

There are different sections for Eligibility. On the 3rd page where brief section is available for each category, eligibility section is blank. However, after a few pages where you can see details of Eligibility section, I see "Passed".

I'm the OP. Nope, I still haven't received anything. I got my GCMS notes early November, and I passed medical, criminality, and security. All that is left is the issuance of visa and I have no idea why it is taking so long....

Anyone applied in March 2011? :(

I did my medical in August and results were sent early September. Since then, I've heard nothing. I even got my GCMS notes recently. I've passed eligibility, medical, criminality and everything. The only thing left in my file is the issuance of visa but I don't know why it takes so long :( My...

No response since medical in August...

Nope, not in junk mail. My DMP said that there's nothing wrong with my health. Considering the fact that I've lived in only one country with no criminal records, if this delay is due to background check, I think it's taking unusually a long time....

How do you determine what your NOC Code is "for sure"

Thanks for the reply but not everybody looks for jobs on the jobbank.gc.ca. Plus, I have seen so many jobs that are overevaluated. For example, most level C jobs are classified as level B jobs on that website. Most companies do not strictly classify and assign each postiion National Occupation...

How do you determine what your NOC Code is "for sure"

I just declined the job offer because of the job title. It would be written as _____ "assistant" on a letter of offer but it would be inconsistant if I claim as _____ "officer". Even if I get a reference letter from my supervisor, there is a discrepancy between a letter of offer and a reference...

How do you determine what your NOC Code is "for sure"

Hi, It's quite hard to find a job that exactly matches with the job titles listed on the HRSDC website. My job ends with ____"assistant" but my duties are closer to the _____"officer", that is under NOC 0,A,B. How do your work experience eligibility and qualification are determined by the...
