Hii, I was wondering which visa office to send my spouses application? We live in Canada and he has a work permit but he is from the Netherlands. Do we send it to the Vienna office in Austria or the Ottawa office?

There's 4 years between myself and my spouse; I certainly hope that it isn't an issue!! :o

Might be a silly question BUT if my spouse is currently in Canada on a work permit, do we apply for inland sponsorship? It makes sense to me but I wanted to throw it out there to ensure that somebody else can confirm it lol
