Re: Emailing CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca Thanks for the quick tips. I have mentioned all the required information in the email as listed in the link. Infact customer care asked me to include "URGENT" word in subject of the email. But still no reply after 4 days of my last email to them.

Re: Emailing CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca I have mailed by April 15 and the same has been received by CIC in April 16th. I have requested for signed acknowledgement from Canada post and i have the signature of the guy who received it in CPC-Ottawa.
