you might wanna find out if the Canadians will check into the US Immigration database about the refusal..im not sure if they do that, but you have to tell them why he was refused..maybe a senior member can clarify if they do check with other countries..

yeah i know, but at least it would be some relief once the passport comes back with a maple leaf on it :)
