The only thing she said was that I passed the test 20 out of 20. I had all my tax return and proof that I have been working entire time I was in Canda.

I havent been 1095 days physically present. I had a vacation out of canada for 20 days and a lawyer told me it is ok. But then I have to wait 3 years for my citizenship. Dont really know what to do!

My basic residence is complete but not my physical. I was away 20 days and I have to wait 40 days for that. A judge will decide about my application if I send it today. But if they change the rules , Judges have every right to reject my application after 3 years.
