I think you already know the answer. Cic people are not dumb and they wońt accept ref letter not in the format asked, they want to make sure ref letter are written by companies ONLY so be prepared you will have to provide new ones.

The only information I know is that from my research, nobody got PPR since july, no matter the program or the visa office... this is very strange don't you think?

Nobody got ppr since july and nobody will have it in the coming weeks because CIO stopped giving PPR for 2014.. if anyone knows more about it please tell us

It is just a rumor. But it is true that no PR has been given in august and september yet, no matter the category, and no matter the visa office. Very strange..

Ok so no more PR for 2014... this is really sad, and I hope CIO will make an announcement very soon, we, applicants deserve to know what is going on.

Hi guys, I have read different forum and what I have come up is : No medicals, ppr... issued for QSW applying outside canada since July 2014. I am wondering if there is a freeze in the application, because no matter the VO no medicals or nothing except AOR has been issued last two months..

As someone received any sign of CIO in september? Any email answer, AOR or MR? No matter which province pnp, it seems that CIO hasn't give any update this month..

It seems that everything is stuck right now.. I haven't seen people getting AOR since 1st September, am I right? :(

Hey guys, I am in same boat, received AOR 27th august but not MR. Mine will be sent by VO, so I should wait around a month I guess. What are you VO ?

No I did not receive MR yet, I have been advised that it will be sent by my VO once my file is transfered. Thanks

I'm new here, I have been following this thread because I sent my application in June 2014 to Sydney (MPNP candidate) and it was received july 3rd. I just got AOR yesterday. Wish luck to everyone !
