I think the generic response is more like 'your application is within the expected timeline - 15 months so don't bother asking'. So this definitely means something! hope good news soon.

Sounds like your LPP is cleared! I think there is a 'decision made' step between LPP and oath. Not sure what that is but it's on the spreadsheet.
