coool bro, CIC is creating confusion here. while i applied at 20th of june,,,, the latest form tag was july,2014... today i notice the form changed to june ,2014 and having complexity with Q12..... try to inform CIC...... wait till it is solved. .... best of luck....

i found this problem exist with the current form june,2014... but while i applied on around 20th june on website the latest form was july,2014 and that form was correct. so my suggestion is to notify CIC about this so that they can rectify/explain it.

Got it' the form changed. It is june form. I used july one.

if on item number 10 you chose spouse as relationship to the principal then dependent type is not applicable for you. it will be dimmed. plz check and confirm.

Hi guys, after sending the application package how cic will inform us that they received it, by email or postal mail.

If u select spouse as relationship, this dependant type options will not appear.

Thanks everybody who are trying to bring this issue on CIC's notice. hope they will soon rectify it.

we all have this printing issue. because cic disabled the print option of this form . interestingly , i checked the france version of this july form and found it is ready to print. very funny :o

This is a serious negligence form CIC. lot of applicant may have lot of critical issue with this form to be printable on time : like IELTS validity, PCC validity, CAP etc. is there any way we can report CIC and bring it to their notice for their corrective measure. Experts , please share...
