A quick question: How good are the estimates of this forum against the actual number of cases applied all over the world? Any rough idea?

Need a little information about police inquiry. Do I need to get PCC for me (being a principal applicant) only or for my Spouse also. I have been in US for past 4 years, do I need to get police certificate from my home country also (Pakistan in this case) Thanks,
