Just got confirmation from my Bank that my DD has ben encashed on 20th November. Does this mean that I will surely receive a PER??

I applied under MECHANICAL ENGINEER( 2132) category and my file submission date was 25th Aug 2014. I have not received any update as of now. Is there anyone who applied under the same category in August and in the same situation?
