In my cases, I sent supplementary files by email, and said that 'if I should send the paper work, please feel no hesitate to let me know', and sent it twice.. Since I got no reply, I guess mine files has been received successfully..

I also noticed that on many trackers there is no 'request of passport' issued since late July.. So.. Is this news true?

I have noticed from some tracker that no more 'request of passport' was issued after July 25, 2014, even though many applicants had MR and done it in the middle of July or earlier. Anybody know why? Thanks.

Thank you pfse. My 'generic letter' from HR stated 'verify the employment with university' and 'I commenced employment with the university', will this work? I do not see any word as 'employment' or 'employ' in my job offer, while the word as 'appointment' and 'obligation' were used. :(
