VAC fee
Anybody can tell me why we need to send the passport to VAC NY and pay 34.10 usd so that VAC can "securely transfer" the passport to the Consulate General NY? The two places are just 0.8 miles from each other and we are paying an outrageous amount? Is it a way for them to make money? I applied... -
