Actually, my application delivered to cic office on 4 April 2014. I just called CIC Call centre this morning, my sponsorship application has been approved on 2 June 2014. ;D

CIC received my sponsorship application on 6 April 2014, but I still have no news from CIC. I am a returning Canadian in February 2014, all my financial proof are from Hong Kong, will it delay my application? Now I have opened a bank account in BC, shall i update to CIC?

No, I have no acknowledgement from Mississauga, I checked the registered post that the document delivered to Mississauga office on 6 April, that why I am afraid that the office still haven't received our file. :(
