Friends please help me as have received DM on 6 Aug but no ppr mail yet.Raised cse thrice but no reply. What could be the reason for delay and till when should I expect it?

Friends its been 34 days after my DM on 6 August but have not received any ppr yet.Have raised cse thrice to Warsaw vo and have also sent mail to the medical received mail id but no reply from them .please suggest what should I do?Terrible situation. Shall we send mail to ndvo too?please help...
