Hi, Couple of answers are required. The amount one has to carry to Canada should be at least what is declared in POF? Since there is a restriction on taking more than $10000 accross the border. So what are the options available if one has to take $18000 with him.

Can someone explain what it means exactly?

On average 3rd line takes 7 to 10 days to be updated after the medical. Which shows it does not get added on the completion of background checks because that is a lengthy process.

Hi, I have three things to ask, considering my visa office is London, 1) I had my medical on Dec 29, 12 days past and yet there is no 3rd line on ECAS. Some forum friends told that it normally gets updated in 7 to 10 days. I am not sure what does it mean and what I am supposed to do now? 2)...

Documents they needed were mentioned in the body of the email. Only some sort of form was attached that I was required to fill and send back, again no bar code on it.

I again read the MR email twice and haven't found any indication of posting back copy of email and medical receipt. My visa office is London so may be things are different there.

I did the same except for medical receipt and request letter :-(

At the end of the process medical department told me that results will be loaded within 7 days. Even though it wasn't mentioned in the email that medical receipt needs to be delivered still I sent COPY of the receipt.

Today is 10th day.......thank you for helping Astroo. By the way I am also waiting for your questions to be answered as I may also need this info at some point, they should have been answered when posted first time.
