Visitors, applied from VAC in LA, issued at CPC-O, common?
I got my visitor visa today. I applied online first and when I got the notification to submit original passport, I gave it to VAC in LA. However, the 'issued at' is 'CPC-O - CASE P'. Does it mean my case is processed in CPC-O? I check that CPC-O only process visitor visa within Canada. Is it...
