Yes, thay are all graduate stream. I think different streams are supposed to be treat seperately, since some people get FN and nomination super fast, that doesn't make sense if people are treat the same based on their time. but I am not sure about this, just the guess.

yes, I think 14th is about the time when decision is made, since it takes 2 weeks to get the mail. Anyway, no harm to email them ;)

I think you guys should email them, they will eamil back in several hours. I got my FN on April 1st and I email them on May 2nd, they told me my case is in process but has not yet been assigned to an advisor :o
