Call CIC, I called last week and I get confirmation that RCMP sent my FP to CIC office

I got my PER 13 June start processing 12 Sept recieved my MR 16 Mar But I can not access my ECAS anymore is there any technical problem ? any one face same message "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:"

Dear All, I am trying access ECAS to check my application status since 26/3/2015 but it shows system didnt know me knowing I received the third line 16/3/2015 anyone face access problem with ECAS or its only me ???

I agree with you 100% but it give you indication of what going on in general, and ppl dont forget that 7th May is the bottle neck as the largest number of applications received is on that day so be positive
