Hi, I've had the same issue when filling in my EE profile. I consulted my immigration consultant, and he suggested me to change level of education to "two or more......" for each education entry. I got the proper score restored this way. Hope this helps.

I don't think you could account for the work experience you had during school, especially if you were working on-campus or with an off-campus work permit. (Not sure if your experience was in Canada or not) I would suggest you consult an immigration lawyer or consultant to get clarification.
