Today I received my pcc request even though it was included with the application. Is it a common thing? Has anyone seen cases like this before?

I received my MR today. Please update the spreadsheet. For the record: I am a may 30 applicant with the dependent. She received a MR as well. I didn't include NOA with my initial application, but everything else was in. Good luck to everyone waiting for their MR.
