I just paid my RPRF fee upfront. I got tired of waiting and needed to do something to ease the worry. Still no request from them for me to pay the RPRF. Three months since I last heard from CIC, I'm getting itchy!

Sorry fro the delay. Yes my ecas was received but there is no receive date. The additional documents were security checks as I said. Australian and UK Police. They were not in my original application.
