Hi guys, I did landing on July 13th and my Ecas turn to Complete on September 9th; however, I haven't received the PR card yet. I phone the call centre and they tell me the card was mailed out on September 4th. I ask them if they could send me a new one because I will travel outside of Canada...

Here's my Ecas status: 1.We received your application for a permanent resident card on July 13, 2014. 2.We started processing your application on August 11, 2014. This week is actually the 8th week after landing...Hope everyone get PR card soon!

I was told it may take 8 weeks or even longer than that.
