In Ontario you have to wait for 3 months. I think in Alberta there is no waiting period.

Hi again PMM, When you are filling out the sponsorship form what address should you put for your baby seeing that it is out of canada sponsorship but the baby is here with you in canada? Is it Ok to put a US address? Will it be queried. Thanks .

PMM is correct. If there is a lien on the vehicle you will need both the original title and the permission letter(good luck with this). I had the same issue recently and had to just pay off the loan in order to export my truck.

She will be fine. She may return to her home counntry but be mindful that if she applied in buffalo and an interview is required, she may not be able to secure a visa to attend seeing that she overstayed her previous one. Good luck!
