I don't think that one will get UCI if his/her application gets rejected/accepted by NSOI. One gets UCI when he/she applies for student, visitor or pr visa to CIC, even though the application gets rejected. Hope that helps!

You are right Zyber. I also don't think that it's necessary to inform NSOI about application in FSWP. You are just applying at the moment, not getting PR. And considering no clear guideline, no communication and no progress by NSOI, I don't believe that NSOI should raise objection if someone...
