In Citizenship App Form Q 10 .B Within the last 4 years, if you spent 183 days or more in another country (other than Canada), you must provide a police certificate. You must provide a police certificate for each country where you spent 183 days or more. I am here in Canada since last 3 years...

Hello everyone..I am new to this forum.. I need some advice.. For spouse sponsorship..Is is must to submit Option C print out? I did my tax return first time last week for 2012 only.. 2013 not yet done? Can i submit on T4 of 2013 instead of Option C printout? Thanks.
