hey i have this doubt i got my conditional LOA for Red River College Canada.after the decleration of my results i will be submitting my documents by 15 july.but the LOA(conditional) states if yu want to apply under spp then yu have to deposit 8000$ by june 1..cant i apply under spp if i dont pay...
