Can I Apply TRV for parent in a country which is not country of residence?
Thanks Regina, ms453. I see that New Delhi consulate process TRV apps in 9 days, and New York consulate takes a minimum of 30 days. WOW! But sounds like its not a problem for eligibility / proving ties to home country, if visa application is from USA in this case. Is that correct? -
