That should be AOR2. In my case, I received an email from CIC saying that I am eligible for sponsorship and my file has been transferred to NDVO, which i considered AOR1 and my wife got email saying that her application has been received and file has been opened, which I considered AOR2. :)...

Some of the January 2014 Outland applicants who got PPR is from Manila visa office. I checked the processing time for Manila – Philippines visa office, It is 14 months. Ours is 13 months and still behind. Interesting.

You are right, its burden to have spouse stay separate for year or so.. but the case here is 'I thought' because of strike they had few months ago they have backlogs. So basically they are clearing backlogs. It is bad time for us because of this. I am not against speeding process but my opinion...

Agreed. It has been getting better. One of my friend, 2013 August end applicant has have his status changed to 'Decision made' 2 weeks ago. I am January 2014 Applicant and crossing my fingers.

you are right i saw the other column. any way, two of the applicant from September has been done already. And its not busting a bubble buddy, i am Jan applicant and i have anxiety like others.
