subject should be : Change of correspondence details. if you see email / letter forwarded from agent, it shows address of immigration for correspondence..

My Friend, you can change your email id, address and contact no...either you can email to visa office (from where you get emails : mentioning your file no) and/or you can post with cover letter and a page where you put old address, contact details and new corresponding address and contact...

i guess in NDVO, passport and RFRP along with medicals submitted together...same with me..DM from March 30th night...waiting eagerly for good news with passport!!
