It's been over 13 days though for me as I submitted stage 2 docs on March 4...should I be worried?

I applied for my WHV on March 4th 2014 and still haven't heard anything yet. I'm just hoping my LOI will come before April 26th as that is my flight date! I'm from Australia and I've heard some people get theirs 2 weeks after they lodge their documents for stage 2...I'm starting to get worried...
