hi there, would somebody help me, I come from a visa exempt country, waiting for my LMO under the caregiver program. Do I need to submit the documents at the Canadian Embassy or I can apply my work permit at the port of entry? Or better yet, upon the release of my LMO I plan to come to Canada...
