    Sending passport to NY Embassy?

    I sent my passport to NY on last tuesday and today my application was approved in my cic account. So NY definitely accepts passports.

    Online Application Passport Request

    I made an online application in the US on Feb. 7, received passport request on Mar. 21, but the date on the passport request is Feb. 19, which is more than 30 days ago. Can I still mail my passport to the consulate and get a visa? Thank you
