This is right. Canada will not accept your application kung walang IELTS, unlike Quebec pwedeng to follow nalang ibang documents. Yan din sabi ng consultant namin.

Hi, You just need photocopy of your diploma and have it certified from your school. Then request a copy of your TOR from your school, usually it will be sealed in an envelope and signed. You can ask your school to mail it to WES but you cannot be sure kung kelan ni mapapadala so what i did, ako...

Bank draft ang alam kong valid for six months. Pero kung sa May magpapasa kna ng application palagay ko pwede pa yung bank certificate.

Not sure with the coe but for the proof funds yes I was told by my consultant na dapat updated or most recent ang bank certificate kaya daw yun ang last na pinapaaccomplish sa amin na document. :)
