Has any one got nominated even though your work visa expired?

how long did it take to get a response from service Canada after you submitted the application? did service Canada call your employer to verify the position of the job?

work permit extension.. not lmia. we have not found out it has been rejected or not.

it's almost 2 months waiting period...

Semi skilled and low skilled are the same..

mine is 7915-13-2490 SRS AWE Category with NOC CODE 1414( LOW SKILLED)

Does anyone expire their work visa while application is under process by AINP?

My visa was expired while AINP was under progress. My employer is trying to get a LMIA. My document was received on Nov 26 by Ainp, File # Jan 09 2014. SRS AWE Category NOC 1414.
