Dear fellow applicants, today I have received an ineligible letter. The reason for not accepting me is apparently I "did not demonstrate that [my] MB Supporter has been living and working in Manitoba for at least one year". He has sent in SP2 along with a scan of his passport and his MB health...

For Manitoba, you will need to submit the Settlement Plan with your application as well (but rules might change with the new year as far as I know)

You only need to hand in your MPNP application online. Courier is for stage 2 (once you're approved) ...
