Exact same thing with me. I was finally able to log into the ecas system and called CIC. The call agent told me that they sent me the AOR by email on August the 1st. I told him I didn't receive anything at all and check even my junk mail several times a day, but he told me that they can't resend...

I applied directly to CPC-M, and my package was received on the 23rd of January - But I have still not received an AOR or any letter/email in the matter. Still waiting! Kind of worried because some people that applied after me got the AOR...
