    just got an email from CIC yesterday, looks like they did not receive my police certificate back in February. After I gave them the UPS shipping information, they found it and now it is attached to my application. but still, no mention of any timeline stuff...

    ahh now I understand. Basically one needs to be a PR for at least 2 years before applying for citizenship, no matter how long he/she stayed in Cananda pre-PR time :(:(

Does that mean from then on, I need to stay in Canada for 395 more full days in order to apply for citizenship? That would mean I'll be eligible...
