I think everyone has to wait until they get AIP to be able to apply OWP online, or u have to submit it by mail: "If an SCLPC applicant has already received approval in principle, they have the option of applying for an open work permit online."

Maybe a letter showing ur address but I am not sure whether it has to have a pic in it... I really hope u can get OHIP before dilivering a baby, but make sure u have 3 months waiting period too before OHIP becomes effective...
